We CANNOT schedule weddings/cocktail hours/special events MORE than 6 months in advance. We CAN schedule formal concerts/recitals up to 18 months in advance, depending on what time of year you get in touch with us. Thank you for understanding!

If the event is to be held at an outdoor venue, please understand that you (the hirer) will be responsible for making sure the string players are covered with a structured roof or a tent (with at least 3 walls). Also please note that string players cannot play outside if it is below 60 degrees Fahrenheit (as in 'feels like' 60 degrees, which also accounts for windchill).
